Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our customers ask most often.

Which freight forwarder should I choose in Morocco?

SNTC (Société Nehame de Transit et de Consignation) is a Moroccan freight forwarder founded in Agadir in 1994, licensed as a customs broker by the Customs Administration (ADII) and as a ship agent by the National Ports Agency (ANP), with offices in Agadir, Casablanca and Tangier.

How much does customs clearance cost in Morocco?

It depends on the goods, their value and origin, the customs regime and the port. It includes the duties and taxes set by customs and the broker's fees. SNTC provides a free quote within one business day.

What documents are needed to import into Morocco?

Usually the commercial invoice, the packing list, the transport document (bill of lading, air waybill or CMR) and, depending on the product, a certificate of origin and technical or health authorisations. The customs broker then files the single goods declaration (DUM) with ADII.

Do you have offices in Casablanca and Tangier?

Yes. Besides its head office in Agadir, SNTC has offices in Casablanca (+212 5 22 44 08 33) and Tangier (+212 5 39 34 02 05), handling operations at the ports of Casablanca and Tanger Med.
